Privacy Policy — ASR+LLM Playground (Plain English)

This is a plain-English summary of how we handle your data when you use the ASR+LLM Playground. It sits alongside — and doesn’t replace — the fuller “ASR+LLM Playground Processing” section of our main Privacy Policy, which has the full legal detail.

What we collect

When you use the Playground, we collect:

• What you say and type — your spoken audio (converted to text) and any messages you type
• The AI’s responses — the transcriptions and replies generated during your session
• Account information — your email address and sign-in details
• Technical information — your IP address, browser/device details, and basic usage logs
• Cookies — see our Cookie Notice for details

Why we collect it

We use this information to run the Playground — that is, to turn your speech into text and generate a response from the AI. We also use it to keep the service secure, fix problems, and understand how it’s being used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

Most of your data stays with us. If you ask the AI to search the web, part of your query may be sent to an external web search provider so it can carry out that search. We don’t share your data with anyone else for their own purposes.

Is our chat stored?

Yes. Your conversation (audio, text, and the AI’s replies) is stored so the service can work and so we can look into problems if something goes wrong.

How long we keep it

We keep your conversation data — audio, text, and responses — for no longer than 90 days, then it’s deleted. If you have an account, your account details are kept for as long as your account is active, and deleted when you close it or ask us to.

Do we train AI models on your data?

No. At this stage, we do not use anything you say or type in the Playground to train or improve our AI models.

Do we sell your data?

No. We do not sell or share your personal data. In particular, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct it if it’s wrong
• Delete it
