What are cookies?

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, the types of cookies we use (i.e., the information we collect using cookies and how that information is used), and how to manage your cookie settings.

Cookies are small text files used to store small pieces of information. They are stored on your device when a website loads in your browser. These cookies help ensure that the website functions properly, enhance security, provide a better user experience, and analyse performance to identify what works and where improvements are needed.

How do we use cookies?

Like most online services, our website and online services use both first-party and third-party cookies for various purposes. Some cookies are strictly necessary for our websites and services to function properly, including authentication, session management and security. Other cookies, including analytics cookies, help us understand how our websites and services are used and improve their performance.

We may use analytics tools, including Google Analytics and analytics tools developed by Myrtle Software Ltd, to understand how our websites and services are used, diagnose problems and improve performance and reliability. We do not use cookies for behavioural advertising or to track users across unrelated websites. Where consent is required by law, non-essential cookies are not set until you have actively consented. Cookie use may vary between individual services; service-specific notices provide further details where applicable.

Types of cookies we use

Essential / session cookies — these are required for functions such as authentication, security and session management and may be used without consent where they are strictly necessary.
Analytics cookies — these help us understand how our websites and services are used. Where required by law, these cookies are only set after you have given consent.

ASR+LLM Playground

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, maintain your session, secure the Playground and provide the service you have requested. These cookies do not require consent where they are strictly necessary for the operation of the service. The Playground does not currently use non-essential cookies and therefore does not provide a separate cookie-consent control. Further information about cookies used by the Playground is provided in the ASR+LLM Playground Cookie Notice.

Manage cookie preferences

Consent Preferences

Where a website or service uses non-essential cookies, you can modify your cookie settings using the cookie consent or preference controls made available on that website or service. This allows you to update your preferences or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies. Essential/session cookies may continue to be used where they are strictly necessary for a service to function. The ASR+LLM Playground currently uses essential/session cookies only and therefore does not currently provide a separate cookie-consent control.

Additionally, different browsers offer various methods to block and delete cookies used by websites. You can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Below are links to support documents on how to manage and delete cookies in major web browsers.
