Cookie Notice — ASR+LLM Playground

This explains how the ASR+LLM Playground uses cookies and similar technologies. It sits alongside — and doesn’t replace — our main Cookie Notice, which covers our website more broadly.

What are cookies?

Small files stored on your device by your browser. They help the Playground work properly, keep you signed in, and let us understand how the service is being used.

Cookies we use

Essential / session cookies — always on, no consent needed

These keep you signed in and let the Playground remember your session while you’re using it (for example, associating your conversation with your account so responses come back to the right place). Without these, the Playground won’t work properly.

Analytics cookies — used to understand how the Playground is used

We use Google Analytics, together with analytics tools we’ve built ourselves, to see how people use the Playground so we can fix problems and improve it. They don’t track you across other websites, and we don’t use them for advertising.

Tracking tools

We don’t use the Playground to track you across other websites, and we don’t use cookies for behavioural advertising. If that ever changes, we’ll update this notice and ask for your consent first.

The cookie banner

Your cookie preferences are set when you first visit myrtle.ai and apply across Myrtle services on the same domain, including this Playground. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies there. Essential/session cookies required for the Playground to operate are always used.

Managing your consent

  • You can change your mind at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer.
  • You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though this may stop parts of the Playground working properly.
  • If you’re in the UK or EU, non-essential cookies are only set after you’ve actively said yes — we don’t set them by default and wait for you to opt out.
  • If you’re elsewhere, we still apply this same opt-in approach across the Playground, rather than showing different consent behaviour depending on where you’re browsing from.
